Can I manage without the following things?

Cot.
Space to bath the baby, or storage for towels etc.
Blinds in the nursery (and matching light-shade).
Wireless thermostat to ensure temperatures fit for humans in the nursery and kitchen.
New tops for breast-feeding in the hospital.
A few more muslin squares (I only have 5).
Bottles.
